I would not have had the confidence to work as a freelance gardener without first putting in all those years at Hollybush I was leading practical projects, … just the spectrum of people that I was working with. I’d never worked or spent so much time with such a diverse group of people. So yeah, I was just learning interpersonal skills really. I would say I’m a naturally shy person.
coming back to Hollybush is just good work experience again, meeting people, after working on my own for ten years, has been surprisingly good for me
